Get Excited!

by Nichole Rhenisch on January 22nd, 2010 at 9:49am in News

Ladies and Gentlemen it is finally here! We have been waiting for pictures and the specs on MINI’s newest member of the Cooper family. Well the wait is over! Pictures and information on the MINI Countryman are finally available – and it looks great!

The Countryman has a totally new roofline, radiator grille, larger headlights, rear light clusters and four doors. Along with All-Wheel-Drive and the same look and feel of MINI Cooper that we have come to love, how can this new MINI not be fantastic.

All of us here at Cincinnati MINI are so excited to get to check out this MINI in person and are constantly checking for more information and pictures on the web every day.  Check out the pictures below and then tell us what you think!

Cincinnati MINI has had the great opportunity to pair up with MY64’s Great Lifestyles TV show this year. All of us here at Cincinnati MINI have really enjoyed the partnership and are so excited every time we see one of our MINIs or one of our employees on TV. Thomas Hoskins does an amazing job taking his viewers around the Greater Cincinnati area and showing off everything this beautiful city has to offer. Cincinnati MINI has been able to check out some great events and locations along with the TV show and we must say it has been exciting.

Cincinnati MINI first location was at the Cincinnati Museum Center. We had to pull five of our best looking MINIs up on the side walk (very Italian Job) and we were really lucky to have a vintage MINI loaned to us for the shoot. Thomas and Matt, our MINI Manager, did an amazing job talking about the history of the MINI and what it has come to stand for today.

Check out the video from the Great Lifestyles website from this segment! http://www.greatlifestylestoday.com/2009/mini.html

We also got to attend the Lawrenceburg Fall Fest with the MY64 crew. Our MINIs got to watch such performances like Justin Moore and Willie Nelson! And even a little rain couldn’t stop the people from enjoying the festival and our MINIs.

Use this link to see the segment from the Lawrenceburg Fall Fest http://www.greatlifestylestoday.com/2009/lawrenceburg.html

And have you ever seen a MINI inside a furniture store? Well, for an event at Bova we got one of our 2009 MINI Cooper Convertibles inside the store! The great thing was that the MINI fit right in with the rest of the store.

See more here http://www.greatlifestylestoday.com/2009/bova_party.html

All in all Cincinnati MINI could not be happier with how our partnership with Great Lifestyles turned out. We have made some great new friends and gotten to experience so much more. Thank so much to everyone at the TV show for all of your kindness, hard work and dedication to what you do. Please go to Great Lifestyles website to learn more about the show and see when you can catch the next episode. http://www.greatlifestylestoday.com/index.html

And the winner is…

by Nichole Rhenisch on July 21st, 2009 at 7:01am in News

Robb Clifford won Cincinnati MINIs “I love my MINI” on line contest.  We had several great pictures and stories but Robb’s point about the MINI Community hit the nail on the head.  Thanks to everyone who entered and for sharing a little bit about yourself and your MINI.  Keep your eyes out because Cincinnati MINI WILL be doing contests like this in the future, and you too could be the winner of a prize valued at $50, just like Robb.  Check out Robb’s Picture and story below!

What I love most is the community of MINI Drivers. The way we can have a great conversation about anything under the sun and then go for a great motoring trip afterwards, even if you JUST met the person 5 mins before! I love the strange looks you get while driving, whether they are excited looks (often accompanied by a thumbsup), confused looks or just plain bewilderment (when they pass our driveway with 2 MINIs in the driveway)! Motor-On!
